KlarPris Surges Forward: Acquires the Cutting-Edge calculation system EverCalc
The acquisition of EverCalc aims to help installers run efficient and profitable businesses by integrating business processes into a single system. The goal is to free up time and resources in the industry by connecting the most value-creating systems that installers use.
KlarPris was acquired by the private equity firm Adelis Equity Partners five months ago. Now, the fast-growing company is on the other side of the table with the acquisition of EverCalc, an estimation system that helps installers streamline processes and save time in the non-billable phase of preparing quotes.

The acquisition of EverCalc is just the latest in a series of major announcements from KlarPris. Since being acquired by Adelis, the company has strengthened its ties with existing integration partners across Scandinavia and formed new partnerships. EverCalc will, of course, be integrated with all the systems KlarPris connects to, making it easy for installers to link all administration, material procurement, and quoting processes.
